In the Seattle market Dori has developed close relationships with C-suite executives  within the tech community, serving top clients affiliated with Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Facebook.  For more than two decades Dori has collaborated with top builders in land acquisition. Through strategic marketing, Dori has represented dozens of off-market premium land plats, bringing the land to builders such as Steve Burnstead Construction and MN Homes, LLC then exclusively represents the builders’ finished new luxury homes in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond

In the Hawaii market, Dori obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2015 and continued her higher education to obtain her Hawaii Broker’s license in 2020.  Dori is a member of the Multiple Listing Services on Maui, The Big Island and Kauai.  Dori has worked with many mainland clients, confidently referred from satisfied customers and peers alike, in buying and selling Hawaii vacation rental properties, second home purchases and those who have moved their primary residence to Hawaii.

She was awarded Million Dollar Guild recognition based on outstanding performance in the million-dollar-plus luxury home market and is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. 

Committed to ever-expanding her depth of real estate experience, Dori is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist – Million Dollar GUILD, Certified Buyer’s Specialist, Certified Global Luxury Specialist, holds a Managing Brokers License in WA and a Broker’s license in Hawaii.

In her free time, you will find Dori on the water in Hawaii or Seattle, longboard paddling and learning to surf, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or the tropical trails in Hawaii.  Dori loves to dance and was classically trained from age 3. She toured with an international dance company from 17 to 21 years of age, is a Cornish Fine Arts Conservatory Alumni and has a deep appreciation for the performing arts.  Crossfit, running with her dog, water sports and cooking healthy food she grows on her property, are true passions supporting her youthful energy and outlook.
